If you wish to return or exchange a product that you ordered via our webshop you must do it within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
For every order sent via mail there is a Posti return sticker provided with the order. When returning a product using this return sticker the customer pays a 5€ shipping fee for the return and is responsible for the product until it reaches back to our store. The product can also be returned to our Helsinki or Järvenpää stores independently without any extra fees.
In case of exchanging a mail ordered product for example to another size Beamhill will handle all the shipping fees of the exchange.
Products ordered by store-pickup should also be returned or exchanged in any of our stores. For exchanges however an email should first be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can check the availability of the size in question.
The possible shipping fee of the original order will not be refunded.
If you wish to return or exchange a product you can do it by following these steps:
- Make sure that the product is unused and in exactly the same condition when delivered: all the tags properly attached and possible packages such as shoe boxes included and intact.
- Within 14 days please notify us about the return/exchange by sending an email to email@example.com. Please include your order number in the email. For returns you don’t have to wait for a reply to the email and you can go ahead and send us the package. For exchanges we will reply with information about the other sizes in question and with further instructions.
- You can send the product back by using the Posti’s return delivery sticker provided with the original order. When shipping the package in Posti office you don’t have to pay any fees. In return situations a 5€ return shipping fee will be reduced from the overall amount when we refund the product.
- When we receive the product we will inspect its condition and then refund you the correct amount using the payment method of your original order or send you the new product of your choice in exchange. Please note that if the product isn’t in the same condition when delivered we are not obliged to refund the product. In these cases we will be in contact with the customer.
- Please note that due to hygiene reasons perfumes cannot be returned or refunded once the packaging seal has been opened. Only un-opened perfume boxes can be returned or exchanged.
