Returns & Exchanges from outside Finland

If you wish to return or exchange a product that you ordered via our webshop, you must do it within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

When sending a product back the customer pays the full shipping fee for the return and is responsible for the product until it reaches back to our store. The product can also be returned to our Helsinki or Järvenpää stores personally without any extra fees.

In case of exchanging the product for example to another size the customer pays the shipping fee of the returned product and Beamhill will cover the shipping fee of the new product shipped to the customer.

The original shipping fee will not be refunded in returns or in exchanges.

 

If you wish to return or exchange a product you can do it by following these steps:

  • Make sure that the product is unused and in exactly the same condition when delivered: all the tags properly attached and possible packages such as shoe boxes included and intact.
  • Within 14 days please notify us about the return/exchange by sending an email to webshop@beamhill.fi. Please include your order number in the email. For returns you don’t have to wait for a reply to the email and you can go ahead and send us the package. For exchanges we will reply with information about the other sizes in question and with further instructions.
  • You can send the product back by using any shipping method you wish. Customer remains responsible of the product during the shipping and therefore we recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for the package.   • When we receive the product we will inspect its condition and then refund you the correct amount using the payment method of your original order or send you the new product of your choice in exchange. Please note that if the product isn’t in the same condition when delivered we are not obliged to refund the product. In these cases we will be in contact with the customer.
