Returns & Exchanges from outside Finland

  • If you wish to return or exchange a product that you ordered via our webshop you must do it within 14 days from receiving the shipment
  • Please note that the webshop’s customer service is open monday to friday on office hours, so if you like to exchange the product outside of this schedule, the new product might be sold before we get back to you. Best way to ensure the availability of the product is making a new order for the right size, and inform us about the exchange and new order via email.
  • The customer is fully responsible for the fees of the return shipping
  • Please note that due to hygiene reasons perfumes cannot be returned once the packaging seal has been opened. Only un-opened perfume boxes can be returned or exchanged
  • In case there is a defect in the product you received or if you have any other questions please contact us at
  • If the customer declines to receive the order, the customer will be responsible for the additional return shipping fee and the original shipping costs won’t be refunded.

If you wish to return a product you can do it by following these steps

1. Make sure that the product is unused and in exactly the same condition when delivered: all the tags properly attached and possible packages such as shoe boxes included and intact.

2. Within 14 days please notify about the return at Please include your order number. If your return is valid regarding to our rules you don’t have to wait for a reply to the email and you can go ahead and send us the package.

3. You may send the product back independently by using any shipping method you wish. The customer is responsible for the payment of the return shipping fee and remains responsible for the product during the shipping – therefore we recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for the package. Please send the package back by using the address and the details provided after the instructions.

4. The shipping fee for the original order will not be refunded.

5. When we receive the product we will inspect its condition and then make the refund using the payment method of your original order.

6. Please note that if the product isn’t in the same condition when delivered we are not obliged to refund the product. In these cases we will be in contact with the customer.

7. In returns outside of EU: make sure the shipment is marked and declared as a return to avoid delays in customs.

If you wish to exchange a product

If you wish to exchange a product to another size please email and include your order number and the product size you would like to exchange to. We will then reply with information about the stock situation of the sizes in question and with further instructions.

When exchanging a product to another size the customer pays the shipping fee of the returned product and Beamhill will cover the shipping fee of the new product shipped to the customer.
