Shipping
Orders are shipped on business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day. Delivery methods and delivery times varie depenging on a country of destination. Click on the links below to find out more about shipping to your country. When placing an order outside Finland the shipping methods will be updated accordingly once you have chosen your country from the dropdown menu at the checkout page.
Please note that during the holiday season the shipping schedule might be delayed from the regular schedule.
- Inside Finland we offer a free delivery method for orders over 150€.
- Inside EU the purchase will be delivered to your front door or to pickup point within 1-8 business days, depending on a delivery method and country.
- Acne Studios and Acne Studios Face products are only available to order inside Finland, starting from 1.1.2023
- Please note that the delivery schedules are estimated and might vary few days
- Outside the EU shipping is possible to Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, UK, USA, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan. Shipping is made by DHL EXPRESS within 1-3 business days from the shipping date.
- When placing an order to outside the EU the customer pays no tax on our Webshop but is responsible for all the necessary tax and duty payments when receiving the order.

TAX
The prices shown on our webshop include the value-added tax. The tax amount depends on the country you are ordering to. You will see the prices with the correct tax once you have chosen your country from the checkout page’s country menu.
For orders outside the EU no tax will be charged on our webshop but the customer is responsible for all the necessary tax and duty payments when receiving the order. The amount of the charges depend fully on the country in question and the customer is responsible for being aware of their local legislation.
