  • At the moment Beamhill ships products to most countries inside the EU area. Orders outside the EU area are at the moment possible also to Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, UK, USA, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan and South Korea. For orders outside the EU please see the detailed info for your country, on the ‘Shipping outside the EU‘ section.
  • From every completed and succesfull order an e-mail from Beamhill will be sent. The e-mail contains an order confirmation and a receipt from the purchase. If you received only a receipt from a payment service provider (such as PayPal) but not from Beamhill, please contact us at webshop@beamhill.fi. This might be indication that your order did not register correctly or that the customer e-mail address was given incorrectly.
  • The products ordered from the webstore might be collected from the selection of the brick and mortar store. Please note that the product might have been on display in the store and does not always include original package or wrapping of the manufacturer. However, all of the shoes sold via Beamhill always come with the original shoe box. In case any problem with the product, see below for ”claims”.
  • Please note that the customer is responsible for all the necessary tax and duty payments when receiving the order, if there are any.
  • If the customer declines to receive the order, the customer will be responsible for the additional return shipping fee and the original shipping costs won’t be refunded.
  • If the customer wants to cancel a “store pick-up” order, it has to be done via email or phone.

PAYMENT METHODS

  • We offer four available payment methods. You can find more detailed information about particular payment methods below.
  • Paytrail (For Finnish customers: Banks, Cards, MobilePay. And for international customers: Mastercard, Visa, Amex)
  • Klarna Due Klarna’s service policies, we are unable to process payments made with Klarna that include a use of a gift card. Please use any other payment method with a gift card.
  • PayPal
  • Stripe

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Every product ordered via our webshop can be returned within 14 days of the customer receiving the delivery.
  • Due to hygiene reasons perfumes cannot be returned or refunded once the packaging seal has been opened.
  • The original shipping fees of the order will not be refunded.
  • The returned product has to be unused and in the same condition it was when delivered – with all the tags properly attached and possible packages such as shoe boxes included.
  • If the returned product doesn’t fulfill the conditions said above or is returned too late, the return will not be accepted and the product will be sent back to the customer by their expense.
  • If the customer wishes to exchange the size of the ordered product, please contact us within the 14 days at webshop@beamhill.fi.

For orders inside Finland: if the order is shipped back using the return label provided by Beamhill a 5€ return postal fee will be charged and deducted from the refund amount. The product can also be returned personally in which case the return will not produce any additional costs. More information and instructions can be found here.

For orders outside Finland: the customer is fully responsible for the cost of the return shipping and arranges the shipping independently. More information and instructions can be found here.

CLAIMS

In case of a faulty product the customer is obliged to inform Beamhill before using the product. If a manufacturing defect turns up later we will comply the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki).

The returning of a faulty product is cost-free for the customer.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

The customer is obliged to provide valid personal information for the delivery such as name, address, phone number and email and is accountable for any possible additional costs caused by any incorrectly provided information.

An order confirmation will be sent to the email provided by the customer.

In case the customer doesn’t receive an order confirmation soon after the confirmed purchase, please contact us at webshop@beamhill.fi.

 

ORDER DOCUMENTS

The receipt from the purchase will be sent to the customer via e-mail. The customer also receives information about the shipping from us and the delivery company – Posti or DHL.

 

RESELLERS

We sell our products straight to the consumer. In case any suspicious orders Beamhill reserves the right to cancel and refund the purchases.

ISSUES WITH DELIVERY

All the informed delivery times are estimated times and might vary few days.
If the actual delivery time is much longer than estimated, some compensation might be done on the order. All these kind of situations are handled separately with customer in question.

If the package happens to be lost during the shipping of the order, customer should contact us as soon as the situation is noticed. We will contact the courier company about the matter and start an investigation and search for the lost package. If the package cannot be located and is officially stated as lost by the courier company, we will issue a full refund on the order. An official investigation has to be done always in this kind of cases, and please notice that it might take some time, before the refund can be issued.

PHOTOSHOOTS/PRESS

All inquiries regarding product loans for photoshoot or press use must be sent to helsinki@beamhill.fi or webshop@beamhill.fi.
Don’t use the webshop for ordering the products for photoshoot or press use. If we suspect such a use, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.
