For this Signature Series partnership, Asics welcome Cecilie Bahnsen who applied her signature style to the GEL-CUMULUS 16 sneaker.

She wanted to express the juxtaposition of femininity/masculinity, using softly transparent materials and delicate floral motifs on an otherwise masculine shoe. ​This was echoed by the use of contrasting shiny/matte surfaces, hardness and softness, light and shadow.

Additionally, this Signature Series style features a personalized Sound Mind, Sound Body message from the Asics partner. Cecilie’s message, “”All Day, Every Day,”” reflects her philosophy of Everyday Couture embracing the fusion of trainers with dress in everyday style.
