When you place an order, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

Ordering and Shipping Information
By placing an order, you agree not to deliver the products to any third party or to any party under coercion.

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macao, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom (UK), Åland Islands. Please check the Shipping policy section for detailed information about your country.

Please notice that for orders shipped outside the European Union (EU), no tax will be charged on our webshop. However, the customer is responsible for paying any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees upon receiving the order. These charges vary by country, and it is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of their local import regulations.

If the customer declines to receive the order, the customer will be responsible for the additional return shipping fee and the original shipping costs won’t be refunded.

Order Confirmation
After a successful order, you will receive an email from Beamhill with your order confirmation and receipt. If you only receive a receipt from a payment provider (such as PayPal) and not from Beamhill, please contact us at webshop@beamhill.fi. This may indicate that your order was not processed correctly or that your email address was entered incorrectly.

Products and Store Pickup
Products ordered from our webstore can be collected from our physical store. Some items may have been on display and may not include the manufacturer’s original packaging, but all shoes sold via Beamhill always come with their original shoe box.

Store pickup orders must be collected within 14 days of receiving the “Your order is ready” email. Orders not picked up within this period will be cancelled automatically. To request more time, please contact us at webshop@beamhill.fi. To cancel a store pickup order, please contact us via email or phone.

Taxes and Duties
For orders within the EU, the final prices include your local VAT. Customers outside the EU are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties upon receiving their order.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Every product ordered via our webshop can be returned within 14 days of the customer receiving the delivery.
  • Due to hygiene reasons perfumes cannot be returned or refunded once the packaging seal has been opened.
  • The original shipping fees of the order will not be refunded.
  • The returned product has to be unused and in the same condition it was when delivered – with all the tags properly attached and possible packages such as shoe boxes included.
  • If the returned product doesn’t fulfill the conditions said above or is returned too late, the return will not be accepted and the product will be sent back to the customer by their expense.
  • If the customer wishes to exchange the size of the ordered product, please contact us within the 14 days at webshop@beamhill.fi.
  • Please notice that in the deliveries outside Finland customer is responsible for the returning shipment during shipping process.

Returns for orders inside Finland: if the order is shipped back using the return label provided by Beamhill a 5€ return postal fee will be charged and deducted from the refund amount. The product can also be returned personally in which case the return will not produce any additional costs.
Returns for orders outside Finland: the customer is fully responsible for the cost of the return shipping and arranges the shipping independently.

Claims
In the case of a faulty product, the customer must inform Beamhill before using it. If a manufacturing defect is discovered later, we will follow the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki) and the brand’s guidance.
Returning a faulty product is free of charge for the customer.

Customer information
The customer is obliged to provide valid personal information for the delivery such as name, address, phone number and email and is accountable for any possible additional costs caused by any incorrectly provided information.
An order confirmation will be sent to the email provided by the customer.
In case the customer doesn’t receive an order confirmation soon after the confirmed purchase, please contact us at webshop@beamhill.fi.

Order documents
The receipt from the purchase will be sent to the customer via e-mail.
The customer also receives information about the shipping from us and the delivery company – Posti or DHL.

Issues with delivery
All stated delivery times are estimates and may vary by a few days.
If the actual delivery time is significantly longer than estimated, compensation may be considered. Each such situation is handled individually with the customer concerned.

Resellers
We sell our products straight to the consumer. In case any suspicious orders Beamhill reserves the right to cancel and refund the purchases without additional notice.

Photoshoots/Press
All inquiries regarding product loans for photoshoot or press use must be sent to helsinki@beamhill.fi or webshop@beamhill.fi.
Don’t use the webshop for ordering the products for photoshoot or press use. If we suspect such a use, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order without additional notice.
