Shipping

We currently deliver orders to following countries:

All orders are shipped on business days (Monday – Friday).
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Delivery methods and times vary depending on the destination country. You can find more information about shipping to your country below.
For orders outside Finland, the available shipping methods will be updated automatically once you select your country from the dropdown menu on the checkout page.

Please note that during the holiday season the shipping schedule might be delayed from the regular schedule.

  • Orders inside Finland we offer free delivery for orders over €150
  • Inside the EU orders are delivered to your front door or a pickup point within 1–8 business days, depending on the delivery method and destination country.
  • Please note that the delivery schedules are estimated and might vary few days
  • Outside the EU, shipping is available to Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Iceland, Japan, Macao, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan and United Kingdom (UK).

  • For orders outside the EU, no taxes are charged on our webshop. However, customers are responsible for any applicable taxes and duties when receiving their order.

Prices and Tax

The prices displayed on our webshop include value-added tax (VAT). The applicable tax rate depends on the destination country of your order. You will see the final prices with the correct tax applied once you have selected your country from the checkout page’s country menu.

For orders shipped outside the European Union (EU), no tax will be charged on our webshop. However, the customer is responsible for paying any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees upon receiving the order. These charges vary by country, and it is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of their local import regulations.

Shipping within the EU

Shipping within Finland

We offer free shipping on all orders over €150 within Finland.

The deliveries inside Finland will be shipped by Finnish Posti and DHL Express, using the service chosen by the customer. In most cases the orders will be shipped on the same or next business day following the confirmed purchase – barring any problems with the order.

Please note that orders that haven’t been picked up and are sent back to us, we will process as same as return, therefore 5€ return shipping fee will be reduced from the refund amount.

POSTI Access Point:
Delivery will be delivered to Posti service point or Smartpost locker for pick-up.
Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days.
Price: 5€

POSTI Home delivery:
Delivery will be delivered to your door.
Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days.
Price: 10€

DHL Express Home delivery:
Delivery will be delivered to your door.
Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days.
Price:8€

STORE pickup

  • Customers can also choose to pick up their products directly from our stores in Finland at no additional cost.
  • We will notify the customer by email once the product is collected and ready for pickup. The product will generally be ready for pickup within a few days, depending on the store location and stock availability.
  • Please note that orders must be picked up within 14 days of receiving the “Your order is ready” notification email. Orders not collected within this period will be automatically cancelled, and no further reminders will be sent.

Shipping to Åland Islands:
When placing an order to Åland Islands the customer pays no tax on our Webshop but makes all the necessary tax and duty payments accordingly once the order is received.
The prices will be shown without the VAT once you have selected Åland Islands at the checkout page’s country menu.

Toimitukset Suomessa

Tarjoamme ilmaisen toimituksen kaikkiin yli 150 euron arvoisiin tilauksiin.

Suomen sisäisistä toimituksista vastaa POSTI ja DHL Express. 
Tilaukset lähetetään arkipäivien aikana (maanantai-perjantai), 1-2 arkipäivän sisällä tilauksen vastaanottamisesta (pois lukien ongelmatilanteet joista ollaan erikseen yhteydessä asiakkaaseen).
Viikonlopun aikana tehdyt tilaukset käsitellään seuraavana arkipäivänä.

Huomioithan että jo lähetetyt noutamattomat tilaukset käsitellään palautuksina, joten veloitamme palautuspostimaksun 5€ hyvityksen yhteydessä.

Myymälänoudot:

  • Asiakas voi valita myös noudon valitsemastaan myymälästä ilman lisäkuluja.
  • Kun tilaus on valmis noudettavaksi, ilmoitetaan tästä asiakkaalle erillisellä sähköpostilla.
  • Tilaus tulee olemaan valmis noudettavaksi 1-2 arkipäivän sisällä, riippuen toimipisteestä ja varastotilanteesta.
  • Huomioithan että tilaus tulee noutaa 14 päivän sisällä noutoilmoitus sähköpostin vastaanottamisesta. Jos tilausta ei ole noudettu tämän ajan sisällä, tullaan tilaus perumaan ilman erillistä ilmoitusta.

Shipping to Åland Islands:
Ahvenanmaalle tilatuissa tilauksissa asiakas ei maksa arvolisäveroja tilauksestaan, vaan hän vastaa itse tarvittavista vero ja tullimaksuista tilauksen vastaanoton yhteydessä.

Tuotteiden hinnat näkyvät verkkokaupassa ilman arvolisäveroa kun valitsee checkout sivulla valitsee toimitusmaaksi Ahvenanmaan.

Shipping to Baltics (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania)

Deliveries to Baltics will be delivered to customer’s front door or to pickup point/parcel locker. Delivery time and location varies depending on the country of destination and on shipping method.

Delivery will be delivered to pickup point or to parcel locker.
Estimated delivery time: 1-4 business days.
Price: 10€

  • In Estonia and the largest cities in Latvia and Lithuania, parcels are distributed to parcel lockers from Monday to Sunday.
  • The item will be stored for 7 days after attempted delivery or delivery for pick up. An unclaimed parcel will be returned to the sender.
  • The item can be easily tracked on Posti’s website with the item ID.

DHL Express
Delivery will be delivered to the customer’s front door.
Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days.
Price: 30€

  • If you place your order before 12.00 (noon) CET, the purchase will most likely be with you on the next business day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a new shipping notification from DHL EXPRESS.
  • DHL will notify you by email/SMS about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery time.
  • You can easily customize your delivery time and place via DHL ODD (On Demand Delivery).

Shipping to Nordics (Sweden & Denmark)

Deliveries to Nordics will be delivered to customer’s front door or to pickup point/parcel locker. Delivery time varies depending on the country of destination and on shipping method.

Delivery will be delivered to pickup point or to parcel locker.
Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days.
Price: 10€

  • The consumer will receive an electronic notice of arrival for the item.
  • In Sweden, parcels are delivered from Monday to Friday and in Denmark, from Monday to Saturday.
  • The item will be stored for 14 days after delivery for pickup. Uncollected parcels will be returned to the sender.
  • The item can be easily tracked on Posti’s website with the item ID.

DHL Express
Delivery will be delivered to the customer’s front door.
Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days.
Price: 30€

Shipping within the EU

Inside the EU, purchases are delivered to customers via DHL or Posti. Shipping methods and delivery times vary depending on the destination country. In most cases, orders are shipped no later than the next business day after the purchase is confirmed, unless there are issues with the order. For orders placed outside Finland, the available shipping methods will automatically update once you select your country from the dropdown menu at checkout.

POSTI Parcel Connect
Delivery will be delivered to customer’s front door. Delivery time varies depending on the country of destination. This delivery method is available only to selected countries as listed below.

  • If the delivery attempt fails, a notice of arrival will be left for the recipient, and the item can be picked up from a service point in the country of destination.

Shipping outside of the EU

What should I know when ordering outside the EU?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

For orders shipped to the UK we have a minimum order value of 180€. Orders below this amount are not possible, unfortunately. The minimum value does not include the shipping fee.
