All products sold to consumers are covered by statutory consumer protection rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Within the EU, consumers benefit from a legal guarantee of at least two years, although the period of protection may be longer under national legislation.
These rights apply to defects that existed at the time of delivery, even if they become apparent later. Statutory consumer rights do not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use or care, or damage caused by the customer.
For more information about your rights, please read The EU Legal Guarantee Notice.
