Christmas period FAQ's

During 1.-23.12. we offer a free delivery (POSTI Access Point - 1-2 business days) for all orders within Finland.

For orders placed between 1 December and 22 December, we offer an extended return and exchange period until 6 January 2026. Read more about returns and exchanges here.

If you want the package be delivered before 24.12., here are the dates when the order must be done on latest, depending on a shipping method and location.

  POSTI Home delivery: 19.12. before 12:00 local time
  DHL Express Home Delivery: 22.12. before 12:00 local time
• Baltics
  POSTI Parcel Baltic, Pickup: 16.12. before 12:00 local time
  DHL Express: 22.12 before 12:00 local time
• Nordics
  POSTI Parcel Connect, Pickup: 16.12. before 12:00 local time
  DHL Express: 22.12. before 12:00 local time
  
• Inside the EU
  POSTI Parcel Connect: 10.12. before 12:00 local time
  DHL Express: 18.12. before 12:00 local time
• Outside the EU
  DHL Express: 18.12. before 12:00 local time
